Platform was forced upward, and pit completely filled with debris. Photo showing the Denver and Rio Grande Western main line tracks at the upper scales of the MacLean Coal Company after the flood on the 8th, the flood was so big that it raised the platform of the scales upward and completely filled the scale puts with mud, rock, water, and other debris. Took 2 men working 11 days to completely clean these scales and 2 carpenters two days to repair at a cost of $187.00.
